beachfront bliss, simple and sweet
beach location friendly staff big room
the location near the beach are amazing. the staff was friendly. the room was big, i could walking distance from main street and 7/11, those are helpful, and restaurants are also nearby. i like that they don't allow cannabis at the hotel
the pillows are hard, and the flatscreen tv have only thai channels, it not really helpful for international guests

my villa include a large bathroom. warm water and good water pressure make the shower good. the air con worked perfectly, so temperature control was easy, and a balcony provide nice view.

a server name sai are friendly and always smiling. he was willing to help with anything i needed, i really apreciated his friendlyness. location are close to restaurants and shops that are good.

the hotel provide free shuffle to the pier on the day we were leaving, it make the travel very easy. check in and check out were easy. staff was very cute, they provide beach and pool towels at reception.

i loved that the hotel provides a free shuttle to the pier! the pool was spacious, and the beach was very accessible. the staff was helpful and friendly, so i appreciated that.

inoperable safe wobbly chair
The safe did not work, and the staff lacked the knowledge to operate it. They actually gave me the master key. Imagine the security. The chair on the deck wobbled precariously, screaming for replacement. The overall darkness of the room was almost comical. I mean, who enjoys applying sunscreen indoors?

Great value near the beach
free taxi large pool varied food
The resort has nice gardens. The staff arranged a free taxi to the pier for me. I checked in early with no problems. The swimming pool was large. Food options at the restaurant seemed varied.
My room could have used a little updating. It was somewhat dated.

The hotel offers beach access with a slightly rocky shore. I used the pool instead. It was a good alternative with ample space for relaxation. The area was well kept by dedicated staff.

tired room bad location
The staff organized a free taxi to the pier for me a welcome service.
The room looked tired and needed refreshing I stayed there. The location was not ideal it turned out. I felt I did not get value for money especially considering it was during the full moon period. I felt slightly disappointed by the overall experience I got.
